Yes. All guests are required to present a form of photographic identification at check-in. Acceptable forms of identification are passports, driver’s licence or voter’s identification

Yes. Anyone can dine at The Arches Restaurant including persons who are not staying at the hotel. Please call ahead to make sure that the restaurant is not closed for a private event and if you are celebrating a special occasion it is best to call ahead and book a table.

Cancel at least three (3) days before the date of your reservation and avoid paying the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is the equivalent of one night’s stay for the room type booked.

We would be happy to assist you with arrangements for a group booking. Depending on the size of the group and duration of your stay at The Mandeville Hotel your group may qualify for specially discounted rates.
