Dining and Drinks
The Arches Restaurant is open from 7:30 am until 7:00 pm from Mondays – Saturday and 7:30 am – 3:00 pm on Sundays. You can opt for room service or dine in the restaurant downstairs. Get our menu here. Drinks like sodas, beer, water etc. are available for purchase from our menu. To be connected to the Restaurant dial 0 from your room.

Our 24-hour Front Desk is here to offer you help at any point during your stay. Just dial 0 from the phone in your room to ask for additional information or to have someone assist you during your stay.

Checking In and out
Our check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am each day. These times give us the opportunity to ensure that we can prepare for each guest’s arrival. Speak to our Front Desk if you wish to opt for a late check-out until 2:00 pm (Cost: US$30). This is not guaranteed so make your request early. Or if you wish to extend your stay let us know before 11:00 am on the morning of check-out
